Creating Good Looking 16×16 Icons

If you’re creating an icon for an application or a website, getting it to look good at 16×16 can be difficult. I spent a few hours getting it right yesterday, so here’s a guide to get you started.

May seem a stupid question, but what does Axalis do? You explain how to use it, but don't say why you're using it.

Axialis is just an icon creating program. It lets you see the different formats and sizes of icons in a nice interface. You can use any icon editing program though.
